The Senate think they are 100 co-Presidents. Nonsense. They have a legitimate concern for judicial appointments, but the executive branch has an executive to run it. The margin to remove an interim appointee is like a one-branch impeachment, and should be.
The flip side of this coin is, I reduce veto override to three fifths.
There's a problem, perhaps, with the small army a new President appoints to various jobs, but I believe that can be handled by statute.
